Sean Sinclair achieves landmark victory in case involving non-consensual distribution of intimate images and videos

Robertson Stromberg LLP lawyer, Sean Sinclair, successfully represented a client in a recent lawsuit dealing with the non-consensual distribution of intimate images and videos.  The case was a first of its kind in Saskatchewan and resulted in the largest damages award in Canadian history against a distributor of revenge porn.
