Brittany Bezmutko

Brittany is a litigation lawyer with a particular focus on family law.

Brittany enjoys helping people resolve their family law issues, including parenting, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce.

Brittany has a specific interest in family law matters involving children. She believes in finding resolutions that focus on the best interests of the children involved.

Brittany has experience drafting prenuptial and separation agreements, appearing in court, and negotiating settlements.

Brittany attended the University of Saskatchewan, where she studied psychology for two years until she was accepted early into the College of Law.

During law school, Brittany volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, where she provided free legal information to individuals in Saskatoon through family legal assistance clinics and prepared a presentation and information package to educate individuals about employment-related issues during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brittany was born and raised on a farm near Hafford, Saskatchewan, and is passionate about giving back to the Saskatchewan community.

Brittany is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan. Brittany also sits on the Governance Committee for Foundations, which allows her to blend her passion for reading with her legal experience, to help Foundations accomplish the important work that it does.
