Marinko J. Jelovic

Marinko is a partner with Robertson Stromberg LLP, where he practices in the area of corporate commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate acquisitions and re-organizations, corporate finance and corporate governance. He serves a variety of clients from small family-owned businesses to national companies to Indigenous-owned enterprises in all areas and aspects of business law.

His skills and experience make him well suited to address the complex and varying needs required by the demands of the business sector.

Marinko was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2012. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2011, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts (Hons. Political Studies) in 2006.

Marinko is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Saskatoon Bar Association.

He is the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan Business Law North Section.

Marinko formerly served as a Director of the Good Food Junction Co-operative Ltd, providing affordable food in low-income neighbourhoods. Marinko is a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Saskatoon.
