Meet our Lawyers

Tom Baldry

Tom is a litigation lawyer with a focus on bankruptcy, insolvency, and debt recovery matters, as well as commercial litigation and administrative law.  Tom has experience representing banks, credit unions, private lenders, and individuals in court proceedings relating to personal, commercial, and farm loans and mortgages.

Tom also has experience working as a supervising lawyer at a pro bono legal clinic in Saskatoon, where he specialized in administrative, constitutional, human rights, and immigration law.

Tom has represented clients at every level of Court in Saskatchewan, at the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, and at a diverse array of administrative tribunals.

Tom received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014, and was called to the bar in 2015.

Prior to law school, Tom obtained a B.A. (honours) and M.A. in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan.
