Will received his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021 and was called to the bar in 2022.

He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Geography from Queen’s University (B.A.H. 2014), and an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (2016).

While attending law school, Will sat on the Law Students’ Association council as Publicity Director, was a student editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review, and participated in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Taxation Moot competition, in which his team was awarded “Best Team”.

Will was the recipient of the Thomas P. Deis/Cronkite Prize in Constitutional Law, the Saskatchewan Law Review Honour, and the College of Law Upper-Year Juris Doctor Academic Achievement Scholarship.
